We're Back - Bigger and Better! - Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2015: The Place to Discover the Latest Food Trends
Speciality
& Fine Food Fair is back and better than ever, welcoming more than 750 new
and artisan food and drink exhibitors to London's Olympia. Now in its 16th
year, SFFF15 is the unique 'trade only' marketplace to source all things
gourmet. Due to increased demand for stand space, the UK's leading showcase of
fine food & drink, incorporating Speciality Chocolate Fair, has moved home
(although not far!) from Olympia Grand to Olympia National Hall. Taking place
from September 6th to 8th, the show aims to keep businesses on-trend with the
inspiring products and information that will be on display.
As well as
thousands of exciting fine food and speciality products to discover, Speciality
& Fine Food Fair will feature a host of events and attractions. There will
be cookery demonstrations from experienced chefs and personalities in the Fine
Food Live theatre, while the Small Business Forum will provide invaluable
insight and advice for artisan businesses. Speciality Chocolate Live showcases
a live theatre, featuring pastry chefs and chocolatiers demonstrating the
latest flavour combinations with chocolate.
Meet Our
Speciality Exhibitors
A record
breaking year in 2014 has seen a stampede of food and drink producers sign up
for this year's fine food showcase - and the Small Producers Village for
start-ups has already sold out. This unique trade fair offers businesses the
chance to launch their products to the right audience. This year, discover
artisan curers Maynard's Farm, tea specialists Wise Owl Tea and charcutiers
Cannon and Cannon, along with newcomers Freida's Pantry, creators of a food bar
for breastfeeding mothers; and Drink Maple, producers of a new healthy maple
drink.
Fine Chocolate
on show
The UK's only
dedicated trade fair for fine and artisan chocolate can be found right at the
heart of Speciality & Fine Food Fair. The 'show within a show' is a unique
and focused platform for displaying the finest chocolate. It has a committed
following from fine chocolate manufacturers as well as chocolatiers and buyers.
Top chocolate buyers and pastry chefs from Fortnum & Mason, Harrods and The
Fat Duck have attended the show previously. This year, producers of some of the
finest chocolate will be featured including Sweet Virtues; truffles with super
food; Morse Toad; producers of personalised messages in chocolate and
specialist single origin chocolatier, Amelia Rope.
Food and drink
from around the globe
As well as a
wealth of companies from across the UK, Speciality & Fine Food Fair also
welcomes speciality producers from Europe and beyond. Discover gourmet vanilla
bean marshmallows from Belgium-based Baru, The Metropolitan Tea Company from
Canada, Helt Honey from Denmark and Italian pasta makers Pastificio Lucio
Garofalo Spa, to name but a few.
Free From at
the Fair
An explosion of
Free From innovation and new product development has seen the category boom.
Fine food and artisan producers are helping to fuel growth with their
speciality creations. Premium snack producers Ten Acre will be showcasing their
range of Free From hand cooked crisps and popcorn, along with entrepreneurs The
Foraging Fox with their Beetroot Ketchup. Also exhibiting are gourmet
marshmallow company Mallow and Marsh, and Harry Brand, specialists in harissa
sauce.

Soraya
Gadelrab, Event Director, said: "The success of Speciality & Fine Food
Fair last year - which saw a record breaking 12,315 attendees and more than 750
exhibitors take part - just goes to show the success of the event and how the
industry is thriving. This year we have moved from Olympia Grand to the
National Hall at Olympia London, vastly increasing our floor space, as well as
the number of exhibitors and of course the opportunities for our visitors to
discover artisan products for their businesses. When the doors open in
September, the stage is set for our many producers to showcase their fantastic
products and for fine food buyers, retailers, deli owners and chefs to be able
to source some of the very latest and diverse speciality products
available."
Speciality
& Fine Food Fair takes place at Olympia National, London. The show opens on
