This recipe
is an absolute doddle to make, tastes heavenly, and will give you a massive

raw, and therefore have a much higher nutritional profile.

stoned dates
2
tablespoons of peanut butter
2
tablespoons of Total Nutrition

•Place the cocnut oil into a small saucepan, and melt on a
gentle heat.
•Transfer coconut oil, along with all other ingredients, to a
food processor, and blend into a smooth firm paste.
•Transfer this to a tray or cake tin, and press down firmly.
•Refrigerate over night. This will leave a firm ‘energy bar’
type textured dish, which can be cut into bars or slices, and will keep for
ages.
