The BITE Festival is a celebration of culinary excellence
and superb wines, set in the beautiful surroundings of the North Cotswolds and
featuring some of the most exciting chefs and influential speakers in the UK.
As a prelude to BITE 2014, and by popular demand, taster
miniBITE weekends are happening in October and December. Featuring cookery
masterclasses, artisan food markets and tastings, celebrity book signings,
dinners and a host of other events which promise to take you on a mouthwatering
journey through the region’s very best hotels, pubs, and restaurants.
Whether enjoying offers at numerous partners throughout the
region, diving into a cookery masterclass at Daylesford Cookery School, taking
a sensory journey through the sub-continent via the Great Indian Food Feast,
experiencing a Fungi Foray with Dave Champion, or hopping on the Cotswold
Breweries Beer Safari, a host of foodie opportunities are on hand to tantalise
your taste-buds.
BITE is a food festival focused on engaging events, the sharing
of culinary wisdom, and the creation of a truly delectable atmosphere.

events at Daylesford Cookery School (throughout the weekend)

Market and Pop Up street food in The Market Hall, Chipping Campden, featuring a
host of local Cotswold Food Producers (Saturday 12th October, 10am to 4pm)

Grigson’s Pop Up hands on masterclass at Kings Hotel, Campden (Saturday 12th
October)
· Peruvian Pop Up
Restaurant at The Kings Head Inn, Bledington
· Beer Safari
around North Cotswolds breweries including pub lunch, taking in the Ebrington
Arms Beer Festival (Saturday 12th October)
· Fungi Foray at
Batsford Arboretum with Dave Champion (10.30am and 1.30pm - Sunday 13th
