Tea is a fascinating beverage with five thousand year old
history. 700 billion cups of Tea are consumed every year around the globe. This
makes Tea to the second most important beverage in the world - after plain
water.
The brand EILLES TEA has a tradition of more than 130
years. Founded in 1873 by Mr. Joseph
EILLES in Bavaria, the brand still represents highest quality and innovation.
The focus was and still is the Hospitality industry, so that EILLES TEA can be
found in Restaurants and Hotels in Europe and overseas, however not in
mainstream Retail. Only a few selected EILLES stores sell EILLES Tea for
Retail.
Tea Connoisseurs will be attracted by the wide range of
EILLES teas from the best tea gardens and most famous origins. The selection
covers renowned "classics" from traditional blends up to
"Innovative" new exciting blends. To name a few you will find high
altitude teas from Darjeeling, Ceylon (Sri Lanka) and Assam, the famous
"Earl Grey", white tea and Oolongs as rarities as well as selected
green teas and mild Rooibos compositions, relaxing herbal and refreshing fruit
infusions.
Individual concepts
Especially Hotels and Restaurants welcome the different
packaging and presentation of EILLES Tea, so that it suits all needs whether it
be for Breakfast buffet, fine dining, "High tea" or during workshops
and Room (self) Service.
The Gourmet Selection caters for highest demands and offers
rarities like "Mu Dan Tea roses", hand woven from over 100 leave tips
or hand rolled Jasmin pearls.
The latest range addition has been the "FAIR
TRADE" and "Organic" (BIO) collection to complement existing
"standard" tea assortments. Our Tea experts will gladly advise and
recommend a specific assortment of flavours and types of Tea.
Depending on your concept, you can choose among various
packaging types. There are 42 loose leaf and broken teas in aroma protective
250g bags 25 ready-to-serve single foil packed leaf and broken teas in the
innovative pyramid shaped bag, we call it "EILLES Tea Diamonds", for
large cup or small pot portions (2,5g)
16 leaf and broken tea pot portions, the so called "Tea Jacks"
containing 4g of tea 26 classic Tea bags for cup portions in protective foil
material.
Furthermore, a new Tea concept has been introduced as an
alternative for "Coffee to go"
for people who prefer good quality leaf and broken tea combined with the
convenience to be mobile and not having to worry where to discard the tea bag.
"EILLES Tea to Go" offers 8 of the most popular flavours which could
be used by Coffee Shops, Bakeries, Delis, and Hotels for guests "in a
hurry". The handling is very easy, since the tea bag is integrated in the
lid which fits onto a double wall paper cup. After sufficient steeping time,
the tea bag is easily pulled out of the water and stowed underneath the lid.
Thus, the tea remains at perfect taste.

Our single glass/cup servings are available in sealed
freshness packs. These meet all HACCP requirements of the catering and hotel
industries retain the fine aroma of our select teas and protect against
external odours. The protective packaging is suited for use at breakfast, in
restaurants and at formal dinners, not to mention self-service environments and
in hotel rooms.
EILLES Gourmet Tea Selection
Tea rarities for the special pleasure and the discerning

industries. Its design is modern, yet stylish and elegant - making it the
epitome of EILLES TEE. It is available in small packaging units (5 x 20 tea
bags in a case) so a wide and varied array of teas can be put on display.
This new packaging form is in addition to the existing Tea
Diamond® range and is a real eye-catcher when displayed with the appropriate
accessories. The high-quality acrylic display saves space and can be used to
arrange the products clearly, while the stylish tea glasses round off the
perfect modern-day tea drinking experience.
It is with great pleasure that we also introduce three new
teas: Detox for your well-being - a blend of green tea and herbal tea with mate
and ginger, Alp Herbs Swiss Style - an invigoratingly fresh herbal tea, and

Accessories
EILLES provides a large selection of accessories for
presentation and serving the tea. There are fine bone China porcelain cups and
pots, as well as saucers and vases for the used tea, trend glasses and mugs. To
present the different flavours there are various acrylic and wooden displays,
as well as metal tins for stowage in British racing green or silver colour. For
hot water supply you can choose your right size decorative "Samovar"
for either 5, 8 or 15 litres. Tea Menu Cards make a perfect tool to gain the
attention and present your tea assortment to the guests. Special Sugar and
famous "WALKERS" Shortbread Biscuits give the finishing touch for a
