Sibling Triple Distilled Gin Joins Harvey Nichols Prestigious Drinks Cabinet

Sibling Distillery was launched by four siblings on June 4th 2014, with Gin and Tonic party attended by well over 200 people in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. Since then it has been a busy couple of months for the Elliott-Berry family, selling into cocktail bars and independent retailers in Cheltenham, Bristol, Bath and London. The Triple Distilled Gin has been amazingly well received, already making it onto the cocktail lists of several very successful cocktail bars and becoming the fastest selling spirit in renowned specialist retailers. However 'the next step' has come sooner than they imagined. This colourful Parma Ham tart is perfect for sharing with family and friends for Sunday brunch. Combine seasoned tomatoes, dried oregano and olive oil and roast. Chef Tim Bilton of The Spiced Pear Hepworth has teamed up with the National Allotment Society, and is asking Yorkshire’s veg growers to donate their homegrown roots and shoots this month – so he can cook up a community feast for Harvest Festival on September 8th. The Spiced Pear has teamed up with National Allotment Society to host the party in their 4 acre kitchen garden and restaurant, which will centre on a fabulous feast cooked up by Tim for all the contributing gardeners and locals. The Yorkshire chef will create a feast made from fruit and veg grown on all 100 Kirklees sites – that’s over 1000 allotment plots in total! For the third consecutive year, New Forest Ice Cream has scooped a handful of prestigious Gold Star ratings in the Great Taste Awards. With over 10,000 entries, the Great Taste Awards is widely recognised throughout the industry as a key mark of outstanding quality. This year, it was New Forest Ice Cream’s Mojito Sorbet that blew the judges away achieving a highly acclaimed two Gold Stars, while the Coconut Ice Cream variety was awarded an outstanding one Gold Star. Judged alongside premium food and drink brands from producers across the UK, just 25% of entries were thought worthy of a Gold Star rating, while just 8% of entries received two or three of the esteemed ratings, including the delicious Mojito Sorbet from New Forest Ice Cream.
