As Prince Harry heads-off on his second official tour of the
Caribbean this week, Cap Maison, St Lucia is introducing the new Ultimate
Maison dining experience, a feast that is certainly fit for a King and possibly
a Prince.
The Ultimate Maison Dining Experience will pair a lavish
six-course dinner menu with carefully selected fine French wines. At US$ 1900

ink farfalle and coconut anise nage, along with fillet mignon, truffle
asparagus & pumpkin agnolotti with Madeira sauce. Accompanying wines include
Dom Pérignon, “P2” Plenitude, 1998 and Les Flors De Latour, Pauillac, 1982.
Prince Harry will visit Pigeon Island, a national landmark
of Saint Lucia, during his tour. A spectacular view of Pigeon Island can be
viewed from Cap Maison, in fact the hotel are hoping he might even pop in for a
quick cup of tea!
The Ultimate Maison Dinning Experience has been created by
Cap Maison's award-wining head chef Craig Jones and the new executive assistant
manager, Arron Gwinnett. Guests will enjoy the dinner in Cellar Masion, a dark
wood luxurious cellar housing some of the most sought after wines in the world
including a bottle of 1996, Chateau Petrus.
The menu is a real celebration of Saint Lucia's food and
combines Craig's excellent knowledge of produce with Arron's flair for wine.
The dinner is perfect for small groups of discerning guests
with a recommended minimum of four, and maximum of six per party. The Ultimate
Maison dinner costs from US$ 1900 per person when four dine together and from
US$ 1400 per person when six dine together.
Please note that all prices are subject to 10% service
charge and 10% tax. 24Hrs notice is required to allow for food preparation.
