Brighton & Hove's First Bar School Just Got Bigger



Mixology Group.co.uk, multi skilled cocktail experts who provide training, consultancy and events, announce expansion of its business with the opening of a larger, new improved Bar School in Brighton & Hove East Sussex. The launch date of the new improved Mixology Bar School will be early January 2017.

Being the only bar school in the South outside London the expansion will provide the opportunity for an enhanced training schedule to increase all courses two-fold from the Introductory Course to the more skilled Flair training and popular Molecular Mixology courses.

Myles Cunliffe, Director of the Group said: “Turnover has increased steadily over the last 2 years and we have now outgrown our existing set up; there is greater demand for our training and courses especially as we are now VCTC approved.”

Having secured multiple sponsors for the Bar School, the Group which was first established in 2010, will be installing state of the art ice machines and cutting edge refrigeration systems which will enhance the efficiency of the learning environment.
