Luis Troyano, a
trained graphic designer, beekeeper and baking obsessive, was a finalist on
series 5 of 'The Great British Bake Off'. He became known for his 'ingenious
designs' and achieved 'some of the most stunning bakes to ever grace the bake
off tent'. Brought up in Spanish household meant food has always played an
important part in his life; giving him a passion for experimenting with new
flavours and ingredients. As a self-taught cook, Luis has an extensive
knowledge of many food styles and disciplines, not just baking and is blown
away by how many things can be made from just four basic base ingredients;
flour, eggs, sugar and butter.
