Jean Christophe Novelli's new book - A Mad Frog And An Englishman...Go

Jean Christophe Novelli, “the nations favourite French chef”, is back with
his new recipe book A Mad Frog and an Englishman...Go Fishing, 40 recipes
using fish caught off the Cumbrian coast. This is his second collaboration
with friend and fine wine and coffee merchant, Gerard Richardson MBE.

Jean Christophe has been going to the Lake District for several years in
order to source food and is always impressed by the quality of the foods
produced within the county. Having found great success with his first recipe
book of the area A Mad Frog and an Englishman…go out in the Cumbrian Sun,
Jean Christophe wanted to repeat the experience, this time exploring the
great variety of fish available in the Cumbrian coastal area, and to create
new and exciting recipes to reflect his haul.
