I announced last night that I had launched another blog but thinking about , why I can do all of it on one blog after all its my blog so I can post what I like , so from now on anything that I post will be about all the things that I am interested in , chef wise is not just a food blog but so much more , it is my blog .

A lot is spoken about Yorkshire pudding but is in not such a very difficult thing to do. All it is, is a batter mix that is put in a mould with some oil so that it soufflés up as it bakes.
