Speciality & Fine Food Fair Goes East - Fresh Montgomery to Launch the UK's Biggest Gourmet Trade Show in Asia
It is set to be one of the most hotly anticipated new
launches in the trade show calendar. London's greatest gourmet trade-only event
- Speciality & Fine Food Fair - is launching in Asia. The eagerly-awaited
show, which also incorporates Speciality Chocolate Fair, will debut in
Singapore on July 18th-20th 2017.
Run by food and hospitality experts Fresh Montgomery for the
last 17 years, the two UK speciality fairs are a huge success story. Showcasing
innovation from the finest artisan food and drink producers from across the
globe, the two fairs are vibrant - and pivotal in unveiling new brands, and
inspiring exciting trends. By launching in Asia, Fresh Montgomery and its
sister company Montgomery Asia, are offering a unique opportunity for fine food
and drink producers to reach new global markets.
Delivering speciality
The inaugural events in Singapore will mirror the dynamic UK
concept, which draws in more than 850 exhibitors and 12,000 trade attendees
each year. There will be artisan exhibitors in a wealth of food and drink
categories from across the world.
Speciality & Fine Food Asia will host top attractions
including Fine Food Live - an inspiring chefs' demo theatre hosted by a top
chef; a Small Business Forum - where SME experts are on hand to offer free
one-to-one advice; and a Start Up Village - a zone devoted to 30 new artisan
food producers. There will also be Speciality Chocolate Asia - Singapore's only
trade event dedicated to premium chocolate.
With an unrivalled line-up, the show is a must-visit for
trade buyers from retail, foodservice, travel, import, wholesale and
distribution - drawn from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Brunei, Indonesia,
Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Hong Kong and The Philippines.

Speciality & Fine Food Asia and Speciality Chocolate
Asia will meet huge demand from exhibitors and buyers. The events will be held
in Singapore's Central Business District at Suntec Singapore - the world's

Speciality & Fine Food Asia and Speciality Chocolate Asia.
This is an exciting new chapter for Fresh Montgomery - and a
much anticipated addition to the trade show calendar. The culmination of months
of planning, Speciality & Fine Food and Speciality Chocolate Asia have been
designed to inspire food and beverage buyers from across South East Asia.
"These two new shows will bring the vibrancy, buzz and
excitement buyers love about our much-heralded London event to Asia - creating
a new centre for food innovation. These are exciting times, not just for Fresh
Montgomery - but for the fine food industry as a whole. We can't wait for the
doors to open."
