Schwartz Supports Extension Of Flavour Shots Range With State Of The Art Advertising Campaign
This January,
leading herbs and spices brand, Schwartz is extending its recently launched
Flavour Shots range to include three new variants Spanish Paella, Italian
Creamy Herb Tagliatelle and Indian Spicy Jalfrezi Curry. Flavour Shots is an
intense blend of herbs, spices and seasonings, locked in sunflower oil in a
shot pot and is a new innovation in the meal solutions category. The Flavour
Shots range is aimed at consumers who are looking for simple, healthy ways to
bring a bit of excitement to weekday meals and to inspire people to cook new
dishes.
The
state-of-the-art TV ad for Flavour Shots, which airs on January 13th, brings to
life the multi-sensorial attributes of the product and depicts a ‘Sonic
Flavourscape' an audio visual dramatisation of the intense effect that herbs
and spices have on the senses. Several tons of black peppercorns, cardamom,
turmeric, paprika, cumin seeds, ginger, chili and coriander were rigged to
explode in perfect sync with a bespoke musical composition. Each explosion
represents an individual piano note or chord, which when filmed in super slow motion,
creates a surreal three dimensional sound scape.
The three new
Flavour Shot flavours variants have been developed to meet consumer needs:
· The Italian
Creamy Herb Tagliatelle was developed as research showed that the top meal that
consumers wanted assistance with is creating authentic Italian pasta dishes
This is set to become a family favourite.
· Consumers
are keen to try Spanish dishes but don’t know how to cook them so the Spanish
Paella means that families can try and cook this popular dish without any risk.
· Jalfrezi is
the most popular dish in the UK’s Indian restaurants and so the new Indian
Spicy Jalfrezi Curry has been created for those who like a hot curry.
With a
delicious aroma on opening the product to an intense boost of fresh flavour
when tasting the final meal, Flavour Shots offer a multi-sensory experience
from the moment consumers start cooking. The product has been designed with
convenience in mind - simply spoon the contents into a pan, heat until it
sizzles and then combine with the rest of the recipe ingredients.
The Flavour
Shots range is available in the packet mix fixture or herbs and spices fixture.
Packaged in unique 52g, single use pots, that deliver a recipe for four, the
range is priced at £1.39 and is available in all major retailers nationwide.
