Accelerate & innovate
An exciting addition to this year's Speciality & Fine
Food Fair will be the new “New Innovation and Pitching Zone”, delivered by
Grocery Accelerator. The aim of the Innovation Zone is to celebrate and
showcase the next generation of innovation in food and drink products. It will
be the 'go-to' location for exciting new products to be discovered - making it

team have found over 50 exciting new businesses who will be showcasing their
products in the Innovation Zone.
The Pitching Zone will also be focused on trade buyers, with
each pitching session split into eight specific product categories. Simon
Lacey, Director of Grocery Accelerator, said: "There won't be a review
panel that slows down the whole process, and each presentation will be a
professionally prepared, and a maximum total of 120 seconds."
Soraya Gadelrab, Exhibition Director, said: “Each year,
chefs, shop-owners and food and drink buyers flock through the doors of
Speciality & Fine Food Fair. This year, we have a plethora of exciting new
products and suppliers - including those in the Innovation Zone and on the
Pitching Stage – ideal for those looking to discover the next big thing in the
fine food and drink sector.”
