Hidden away in this peaceful corner of Morocco, it's the perfect place to learn about North Africa's vibrant culinary traditions, and share delicious food with friends and family in a luxurious and unique setting.

Food lovers will delight at the opportunity to take part in our interactive cookery sessions under the careful guidance of Kasbah Tamadot's highly-trained chefs. You'll be set up with an individual cooking station and will create a delicious 3-course meal including salads, soup, tagines and dessert that you can tuck into afterwards. The team will share their culinary secrets and guide you step by step through some of the restaurant's most popular recipes so you are able to bring a taste of Morocco to your own home cooking.

The foodie fun isn't just limited to the hotel; an excursion to see the local sights often turns into a dining adventure of its own, with the opportunity to enjoy a refreshing cup of mint tea or a freshly made lunch in a Berber home or an Atlas Mountain café. With 90% of our team coming from the surrounding Berber villages there will be more ways than one to discover family recipes and tips for perfecting your tagine.

When you're not busy creating delicious dishes, you can sit back and relax whilst our team take care of the rest. Each evening dining takes place in a variety of settings and locations, from al fresco next to the beautiful infinity pool to supper on the rooftop terrace beneath the stars, or even somewhere private just for two! The Kanoun Restaurant serves fabulous cuisine which marries local, seasonal produce and international flavours, paired with wines from around the world. Bread served in the restaurant comes from a traditional wood-fired kitchen run by two local women through Kasbah Tamadot's charitable arm, the Eve Branson Foundation
