The Grove in Narberth, one of Wales’ top hotels, introduces eight new rooms,
five lounge spaces and a brand new restaurant and kitchen with Michelin-star
potential. If you’re looking for a luxury break in Wales what a great place
to stay.
It may already be regarded as one of the finest restaurants and small luxury
hotels in Wales, but The Grove in Narberth is hoping to raise standards
further with a newly built wing. Hidden inside will be six new luxury rooms
and two junior suites, all of which will build on the themes of comfort,
character and luxury already established by the main house’s individually
decorated guest spaces.
The hotel will also boast five intimate lounges together with a fabulous,
grand paneled bar area. This will provide a real choice of quiet spaces for
guests to relax, whether that’s reading in front of a roaring fire or taking
afternoon tea and cakes with friends and family. The wing will also include
two brand new restaurant rooms at the front of the house for lunch and
evening dining, giving guests even more space in which to enjoy chef Duncan
Barham’s award-winning seasonal lunch and dinner menus.
A brand new kitchen space will give the kitchen team more room to experiment
with the freshest local ingredients, much of which is sourced from their
extensive kitchen gardens. This comes at the right time, as The Grove has
just been awarded a score of 5 in the UK Good Food Guide, keeping it firmly
on par with many of the UK’s Michelin starred restaurants.
At the rear, the owners have further extended the garden room and graced the
terrace with a stunning water feature, fed naturally from the spring that
runs through The Grove.
