Lamb Weston has launched a further development to their range to include four new, vibrant and tasty, cheesy bites, which are ideal as an appetiser, side dish or even bar snack.

Created using a tempting golden crispy coating, the four products in the range contain a centre of delicious creamy Swiss or French cheese that melts in the mouth to create a delightfully indulgent treat for all to enjoy.

The new range includes; Golden Gouda Sticks, a mature and ripe Swiss Gouda, in a delicious crispy coating; Camembert Mini Melts, a sumptuous melting centre covered in puff pastry; Goat Cheese Medallions, equally as good as a salad topping; and, Swiss Style Cheese Wedges that boast a subtle Gruyѐre flavour in a crispy coating.

Available in 1kg packs containing at least 44 frozen bites, they can be fried in just two and a half minutes or baked in 12-15 minutes, making them a quick and easy choice for the caterer and the customer alike.
