Discover Economical Cooking - The Honesty Way!

The contemporary Honesty Cookery School, set in the idyllic Berkshire countryside, announces its latest course - Economical Cooking. Founded by award-winning author, Romilla Arber, this course is a must for those wanting to learn how to create delicious and healthy meals on a budget, as well as other ways to save money in the kitchen. The course will be held on the 11th June from 10.30am to 12.30pm and will cost £25 per person.  Journalists and media are invited to come and experience this course.

To ensure you get the best attention and that a relaxed environment is maintained, classes are kept small, with a maximum of 8 participants.

With recipe ideas for meals that are affordable for everyone, tips on the sensible use of your stove and oven, planning ahead and making use of ingredients that are seasonal and cheaper, this 2hr course is a must!  Take a morning to learn how to shop wisely, eat well on a small budget and maintain confidence in your kitchen.

“With a little knowledge and some confidence it is possible to produce home cooked food regularly without the need to resort to ready meals and processed food” says Romilla.

Gift vouchers are now available! 10% of all proceeds go to the Food Education Trust, an organisation aimed at getting companies and institutions to work together to promote the benefits of home cooked meals. The FET was established by Romilla Arber in 2008.
