Hotel Chocolat At The EE British Academy Film Awards
As London prepares to roll out the red carpet and welcome a
star-studded guest list to the capital this weekend, Official Chocolate Partner
Hotel Chocolat is busy putting the finishing touches to the delicious BAFTA
desserts and mini BAFTA chocolate masks for guests. Not only that, Hotel
Chocolat's very own star, Beau Bunny will be making an appearance.
Hotel Chocolat's Cacao Cuisine Development Chef, David
Demaison explains how he came up with the Salted Caramel Crémeux with Hotel
Chocolat 70% dark chocolate mousse dessert:
"Much like a dashing red carpet duo, this year's
dessert features a bold, assertive 70% Trinidadian dark chocolate base
contrasted with a smooth salted caramel crémeux starlet. The result is a
perfectly orchestrated taste explosion, injected with all the passion and
creativity that Hotel Chocolat is known for."
The EE British Academy Film Awards Nominees Party will take
place at Asprey on New Bond Street on 9th February 2013, the eve of the Award
ceremony. Hotel Chocolat's Easter star, Beau Bunny will be mingling with the
BAFTA guests and sampling iconic miniature chocolate BAFTA masks.
After the BAFTA ceremony on 10th February 2013, guests will
be transported to the Grosvenor House hotel on Park Lane for dinner, where they
will sample the Hotel Chocolat dessert creation.
