Claire, aged 23 is known for her bubbly personality, skill and passion for unusual flavour combinations. She rose to fame last year as she wowed judges Michael Roux Junior and Greg Wallace in the gripping BBC1 Masterchef Professional TV series.  Claire comments:

"I like to showcase my skills by taking one ingredient and doing several things with it and the presentation is important -  I want to impress my diners and make it a moment to remember."

Claire's will be hosting two demo & dine evenings; the first evening will be a three course menu and the second a five course taster menu. Both evenings will start with a canapé reception and be held at Seasoned's new venue in the grounds of the Catton Hall Estate, just off the A38, about 20 minutes from Burton and Lichfield.

Andrew Kojima reached the final of Masterchef last year, impressing John Torode and Greg Walace with flavour combinations inspired from his Japanese and Scottish cultures. Andrew aims "to deliver food that is imaginative and original, beautiful to behold and delicious to eat".

Seasoned founder Clare Major is excited about Claire and Andrew joining the team:

"Claire and Andrew's talent is phenomenal and it is such a privilege to work with enthusiastic, passionate chefs; we are looking forward to working with both chefs in the near future."

The first of Claire's events will take place on 17th April 2013. Andrew's day course, 'Japanese Cooking' will take place on 25th April 2013.
