Jonny Evans And Billy Pallett To Host January Supper Club At Dewsall Court
On Saturday 19th January 2013, Herefordshire's definitive
country house Dewsall Court will welcome local chefs Jonny Evans and Billy
Pallett for an evening of gastronomic indulgence. The duo, who've worked with
the likes of Jamie Oliver and Raymond Blanc, are set to host a special
installment of Dewsall's renowned Supper Club, showcasing the very best in
local produce and cooking 'know-how'.
Following in the footsteps of previous Supper Club hosts
including Valentine Warner and Martin Blunos, Evans and Pallett will design and
cook a mouth watering five course menu for guests to enjoy. Dishes include
Hereford Hock with Loveage and English Truffle, and Scallops with textures of
Parsnip, Chicken, Vanilla and Ginger Jus.
Guests dine in the opulent, oragery style conservatory and
can expect to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere full of fun and conversation. On
Supper Club evenings, Dewsall becomes an ' Open House' where guests can book
individual rooms at very reasonable rates - essential if planning to sample the
specially chosen wine list and Chase distillery cocktails!
Dewsall is a Grade II listed property and much loved
heritage estate. Nestled among 15 acres of private grounds, it is the perfect
place to relax and unwind in quintessentially British style.
