Steeped in history and surrounded by 20 acres of ancient woodland, Wentbridge House Hotel is independently owned and run with care and dedication, ensuring a warm welcome, impeccable service and a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located just half a mile from the A1 and only 5 minutes south of the M62.
Food is a passion at Wentbridge House and there are two dining options for guests. The Fleur de Lys Restaurant holds 2 AA Rosettes and offers a seasonally influenced A La Carte menu to tempt all tastes and palates. The experienced and creative team of chefs led by Michael Ward use fresh, locally sourced produce and the best of British ingredients to produce a wide range of delicious dishes with a modern twist.
Signature dishes include ingredients such as Dovecote Park aged Fillet of Beef, Dover Sole and Hand-dived Scallops. The wine list is one of the most extensive in West Yorkshire and with over 200 choices it offers a diverse range of wines, carefully selected by the Restaurant team.
The Wentbridge Brasserie offers stylish and contemporary surroundings in which to enjoy food and drink throughout the day and evening overlooking the Wentbridge gardens. The Brasserie has a vibrant atmosphere combined with friendly and slightly less formal service. The food is modern British in style and is complimented by the extensive wine list.
The hotel has 41 individually designed and decorated bedrooms, each with luxury hand-made pocket sprung mattresses, duck down pillows and Egyptian cotton sheets for pure relaxation. Garden bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with marble finished bathrooms, power showers, CD players, IPod connection and seasonally changing Molton Brown bathroom products.
